ActorsEXP further herein referred to as AEXP, is not a service-for-hire company and thereby own each and all designs shown on actorsexp.com. Designs are leased on a monthly basis, unless a contract has been signed specifying a time frame. The initial leasing fee and monthly retainer fee must be paid in order to maintain account status.

Past Due accounts are allowed a 30-day grace period starting from the time a payment is due, to bring the said account current. Accounts in the grace period status can be inactivated at any time until payment has been received, if no payment has been received up to 45 days after due date past due account(s) will be completely deleted. If payment is received within 45 days the site will be restored on the day the payment was received. Payments made after 8 pm will be restored the following business day.

If you have opted for a payment plan, have added features for additional costs, and other such services and choose to leave your account unpaid in order to have it deleted the full unpaid balance for those services/plans mentioned above will be due immediately.
